Colour Correction Agreement

I hereby acknowledge that I am requesting corrective coloring services for my hair from The Hair Lounge. I understand that corrective coloring involves a process to address previous hair coloring treatments, costs $100/hour, and can take multiple sessions to achieve the desired color and the results cannot be guaranteed. I acknowledge that the success of the corrective color process depends on several factors, including the current condition of my hair, previous hair treatments, and other individual factors.

In consideration of receiving the corrective coloring services, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acknowledgment of Risks: I am aware that the corrective coloring process may involve the use of hair dye, bleach, or other chemical treatments. I understand that these treatments may cause damage to my hair and potentially lead to undesired outcomes, such as hair breakage, uneven color, or unexpected color results.

2. No Guarantees: I acknowledge that The Hair Lounge cannot guarantee specific results from the corrective coloring process. While the hairstylists will use their expertise to achieve the best outcome possible, I understand that hair can react differently to color treatments, and the final results may vary.

3. Precautions and Aftercare: I will follow the hairstylist's instructions for proper aftercare to maintain the quality and health of my hair following the corrective coloring process. I understand that failure to follow these guidelines may result in adverse effects.

4. Release of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, and my representatives, release The Hair Lounge, its employees, and affiliated partners from any liability for damages, losses, injuries, or expenses incurred as a result of the corrective coloring process.

5. Consent to Treatment: I affirm that I have disclosed all relevant information regarding prior hair treatments and the current condition of my hair. I give consent to The Hair Lounge to perform the corrective coloring process based on the information provided.

6. Alternative Solutions: I understand that, in some cases, corrective coloring may not be the best solution for my hair. In such cases, I agree to consider alternative hair treatments as recommended by the hairstylist.

7. Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure an appointment for the corrective coloring service, I agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 to The Hair Lounge. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service. In the event of cancellation by me or if I fail to show up for the scheduled appointment without providing a minimum of 48 hours notice, I understand that the deposit will not be refunded.
